We want you to love your purchase from Signature Wick Co. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to fix it. Here’s how our return policy works:
How to Return
We want you to love your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at returns@signaturewickco.com within 7 days with a photo and order number for a full refund or replacement. If you simply change your mind, you can return unused, unopened items within 14 days for a refund, store credit or exchange (shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility). Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process refunds within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued as store credit/exchange OR to the original payment method depending on customers preference.
