Processing Time :- We process all orders within 24-48 Hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rate:- At Signature Wick Co, we believe your experience should be seamless from the moment you order to the moment you light your candle. That is why we are proud to offer Complimentary Tracked Shipping on all orders across Australia and New Zealand.
We currently offer tracked shipping across North America
Delivery Time :- Once your order leaves our studio, typical delivery windows are 3 to 8 business days.
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasonal volumes or local postal conditions.
Tracking Your Order :- Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or through your local postal service.
Shipping Address :- Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We can’t be responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
